- App Store: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
CM2C، 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France.
(Centre Européen des Consommateurs France).

Helm Terms of Use and Sale
Version 1.0. Effective 29 October 2026.
These terms govern your use of the Helm («حلم») app and the website at hulm.app (Part A), and your purchase of dreams in the app (Part B). They are written for French law, including the French Consumer Code.
By creating an account or using Helm, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use Helm.
Part A. Using Helm
1. Publisher
Helm is published by Rami Hanna, individual entrepreneur, whose details are set out in the Legal Notice at https://hulm.app/legal-notice. Contact: support@hulm.app.
2. What Helm is
Helm is an Arabic voice app for dream interpretation. You tell Helm a dream aloud; it may ask you up to three questions; then it reads you an interpretation in three parts: according to Ibn Sirin's traditional dream book, according to Carl Jung's psychology, and a conclusion. You can ask follow-up questions about the same dream. Helm can remember what matters about you for later dreams, if you allow it. Helm also offers daily horoscopes, free of charge.
Helm needs an internet connection and the microphone. How Helm handles your data is explained in the Privacy Policy at https://hulm.app/privacy.
3. What a reading is, and what it is not
Helm's readings are for personal reflection and cultural interest. They draw on traditional and psychological writing about dreams, and they are generated by artificial intelligence. Please read them in that spirit:
- They are not predictions. A dream reading does not tell you what will happen, and the horoscopes are entertainment.
- They are not professional advice. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or religious advice, and they are not a religious ruling (fatwa). Do not make an important decision on the basis of a reading alone.
- Traditional meanings are reported as the books give them, including difficult ones. They describe what a tradition says about an image in a dream, not a judgement about you or your life.
- AI can be wrong. A reading may misunderstand your dream, contain mistakes, or be read aloud with a mispronounced word.
If a dream or a reading leaves you distressed, or if you are thinking of harming yourself, please talk to someone you trust or to a health professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in the European Union).
4. Who can use Helm
You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a contract. You need a supported iPhone or Android phone, a working microphone and an internet connection. You may hold one account, for your own use; please do not share it.
5. How you may use Helm
You may use Helm for your own personal, lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- tell Helm about other people in a way that breaks the law or their rights, beyond what a dream naturally involves;
- try to overload, disrupt, attack or gain unauthorised access to Helm's servers;
- get around the limits that keep Helm available, or use Helm automatically (for example with scripts);
- copy, resell, rent out or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law expressly allows it.
6. Your dreams are yours
What you tell Helm, and the readings Helm gives you, are yours. You give us only the permission we need to process your dreams to provide Helm to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not publish your dreams and do not use them to train AI models.
7. Intellectual property
The name «حلم» / Helm, the app, the website, their design, text, voice prompts and code, and Helm's selection and arrangement of dream-book material, belong to the publisher or its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Helm for as long as these terms are respected.
8. Third-party services
Helm relies on service providers to work: Vercel and Neon for its server and database, Clerk for sign-in, OpenAI and Anthropic for its AI models, and ElevenLabs for its voice. Their roles are described in the Privacy Policy. If one of them is unavailable, Helm may be unavailable too.
If you downloaded Helm from the App Store or Google Play: these terms are between you and the publisher, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for Helm or its content, have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and are not responsible for any claim relating to it (including product liability claims, claims that it fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, consumer-protection claims and intellectual-property claims); all of these are for the publisher, at support@hulm.app. If Helm fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app, if any; to the extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting", and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You must also comply with the store's own terms.
9. Availability and changes to Helm
We aim to keep Helm available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or a failure of a provider. We may change or improve Helm's features. If you have bought dreams, Part B and the legal guarantee of conformity protect what you paid for.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, for the content of a reading, or for any decision you take on the basis of a reading.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it, in particular for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for gross or wilful misconduct, or under the legal guarantees. Nothing in these terms affects the mandatory rights that consumers have under French law.
11. Suspension and closing your account
You may delete your account at any time from the app's Settings. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, for example by attacking the service, after telling you why where the law requires it. If we close your account without a fault on your part, we refund the dreams left unused in your balance.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always published at https://hulm.app/terms with its date. We will tell you in the app about significant changes before they take effect; continuing to use Helm afterwards means you accept them. A change never affects a dream you have already bought.
Part B. Buying dreams
13. What you buy
Helm is sold one dream at a time. One dream gives you, for one dream you tell Helm: its voiced interpretation (Ibn Sirin, Jung and the conclusion), its written text, Helm's questions, and your follow-up questions about that dream. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. The daily horoscopes are free.
14. Price
The price of one dream is US$3.99, or the equivalent the store shows in your currency. The store shows the final price, including all taxes, before you confirm. We may change the price; a change never affects a dream you have already bought.
The publisher operates under the French VAT exemption for small businesses (franchise en base de TVA, "TVA non applicable, article 293 B du Code général des impôts"). The store determines, collects and pays the VAT or sales tax due in your country.
15. How you buy, and who sells
You buy a dream inside the app, through Apple's App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android. The store takes your payment, issues your receipt, and applies its own purchase terms to the payment. Before you confirm, the app tells you what a dream includes, its price, and the conditions below.
16. When a dream is used
A dream bought is added to your balance in Helm. It is used when Helm reads you its interpretation. If you pause a dream before its interpretation, it is used at that moment, and you can finish that dream within 24 hours without using another. A dream that fails before its interpretation because of a fault on our side is not used.
Unused dreams stay in your balance for as long as your account exists. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are lost if you delete your account.
17. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer buying at a distance, you have 14 days from your purchase to withdraw, without giving a reason (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
A dream is digital content supplied when Helm interprets it. Under Article L221-28, 13° of the Consumer Code, you lose the right of withdrawal for a dream once its interpretation has begun, if, when buying, you (a) expressly asked for it to be supplied immediately, within the 14 days, and (b) expressly acknowledged that you would then lose your right of withdrawal. The purchase screen asks for both. A dream you have not used yet can be withdrawn within the 14 days.
To withdraw, write to us at support@hulm.app, or use the model form in the annex, or request a refund from the store you bought from. No particular wording is needed. The refund is made through the store you paid, without undue delay and within 14 days of your request.
18. Refunds
Payments are refunded by the store that took them, under its own procedure:
- App Store: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: in the Play Store app, under Payments and subscriptions, or at https://support.google.com/googleplay/workflow/9813244
You can also write to us at support@hulm.app; we will tell you how to get the refund and, where the store allows us, ask for it on your behalf.
19. If a dream does not work: legal guarantee of conformity
A dream must conform to what is described and work as you may legitimately expect. The legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and digital services (Articles L224-25-12 and following of the Consumer Code) applies in full; it cannot be excluded or limited.
If a fault on our side stops Helm from giving you an interpretation you paid for, or the interpretation you receive does not conform, write to us: we will give you a working interpretation or return the dream to your balance, and if that is not possible within a reasonable time, you may obtain a refund. The content of a reading (what it says about your dream) is not in itself a defect, because readings are interpretations, not facts (section 3).
20. Consumer mediation
If you are a consumer and a complaint you sent us in writing first has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you may refer the dispute, free of charge, to a consumer mediator (Article L612-1 of the Consumer Code):
CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France. Telephone: 01 89 47 00 14. Website: https://www.cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php. Email: litiges@cm2c.net.
For a cross-border dispute within the EU, you may also contact the European Consumer Centre France.
Part C. General
21. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in its courts.
Please contact us first at support@hulm.app; we try to resolve every complaint directly.
22. Contact
For any question about these terms, write to support@hulm.app.
Annex: model withdrawal form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. Its use is optional.
